An important truth, far too often ignored or even despised. Mr. Randi was a compelling speaker with an imprtant message, as well as a talented magician, at least when I attended one of his talks a few deaceds ago.

How mindful is this. Most of our fear is based on erroneous judgment, a belief past memory has power in this moment.
Believing a trigger is dangerous does not make it a fact.
Believing we are unworthy does not make it a fact.
Believing we have control will never make it a fact, it will remain the ultimate delusion, illusion.
Believe in this present moment, let go, empty the mind, take action or rest, then smile.
No matter how hard we believe something, simple focus on the breath combined with a small bit of letting, go destroys judgment.
Sit today and let go some of those beliefs, barriers, restrictions in your growth.
Many beliefs serve only our ego. Our job to find out which ones and then release.
you really don’t understand what it’s all about. What I believe in trust is fact based.
